Build up to the Conference –
- Logo on the GMSAC 2011 Website homepage with hyperlink to your organization’s homepage;
- Description and one page description on the Website;
- Updates on Social Network announcing your involvement;
- Contribution to pre and post event email to all GMSAC 2011 attendees;
On site at the Conference -
- 10 Minute Keynote from main stage during one of the sessions of the conference (Pending approval of speaker/content);
- 15 minutes Organization Advertisement during Conference Break;
- Logo on the GMSAC 2011 video looped through the breaks on the main stage screen;
- Logo on the event guide / name badge which would be provided to registrants;
- 6m x 6m stand space best location;
- 10 Conference attendee passes for delegates associated with your organization;
- Organization’s Brochure/Leaflet distribution during registration;
This sponsorship scheme can be availed by only one entity.
